Just in case, please try on them without removing the tags and wearing perfume, not even mention altering or washing them.

If you are going to return/exchange the dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure that they are in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, without the smell of any perfume ; and with tags intact and attached.

Generally speaking, we will be responsible for quality issue that the mistakes we made, and customers need to take care of the mistakes they did, we do not accept return for personal reasons, such like I do not like it on me or I only want 1 of many dresses received. Quality Problem
In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to us by confirm the obvious quality defects as follows:

Please make sure the product is well packed and ship the package to the designated address given from the personnel in charge of RMA. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design from the product you purchased. The request for the return of your received product in the event of not meeting your requirement on the change of style from the original design is not accepted.

1. In delay of order processing

    The delay of order processing may affect using of product or unable of reaching the estimated delivery date. We may offer up to 100% refund based on the detailed reasons.

    Please Note: If the customers offered incorrect information and raised the order delivered late, customers have to take the responsibility or make compensation to the cost of the website.

2. In delay of international shipment

    Please be kind understanding that we are unable to control the international shipment after the package been dispatching from the sorting center. For order was delayed due to the international shipment in whereof the package was shipped under normal processing period, we shall offer refund on the shipping fee.

3. Size Issue

    For the dispute on size deviation, we accept the complain within 3 days after receiving, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground or wearing and place a tape ruler to measure out the different part. Customer shall submit the photographs as reference to us and we will take the dispute and the relevant faulty confirmation. A reply with the resolution is offered within 2-3 business days.

    If your measurements between two size we normally suggest you choose the bigger one or custom made. Please check our instruction “How to Measure" and ask someone careful to help u to take the measurements according to it.     Our size chart may little DIFFERENT from the size you are wearing for daily life, all dresses on our website will be made strictly to our size chart, please check it carefully before place order.

    Please Note: We are Not responsible for the unfitness if the customers provide wrong size or measurements. We suggest the customers take the item to local shop to fix. We could help to fix without charge but the customers have to pay for the shipping cost for 2 ways.

4. wrong item or package sent/Missing product

    Full refund is offered for the miss and wrongly shipping of package. Celeblish.com will offer reshipping service in the event of miss and wrongly shipping of accessories, a full refund on the item fare is offered in the event of stock of accessories are unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and checking the content of items before sign to receive.
    Size Issue
    For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from Celeblish.com sorting center. It is acceptable for customer offer shipping claim via here for further checking on the shipment with the following criteria:

    4. Request: refund or return
    5. The answer to the following questions is required:
    A. If you have checked the package all around the house?
    B. If you inquired your relatives or neighbor for package receiving?
