How to track your package
If you place your order using your celeblish.com account:
- Please sign in and you will see your Account Information
- Go to Order Status.
- Your order history including any current orders will be displayed.
- Click on the order you wish to view and get instant information on its status.
- A tracking number will be displayed if your order has shipped.
- Click on the underlined tracking number to go directly to the carrier's website and track your order.
Your order status will be in one of following status:
Processing: This means your order are successful and your payment are received. Your order are during handling and packaging period. It also means the dress is during tailoring process if you placed a celebrity dress order.For Celebrity dresses and Red Carpet dresses the Processing Status will last about 15 days.For other kinds of product the Processing Status will last 48 hours.
Shipped:This means your package has been shipped out and we also send you the order tracking number.
Finished:We will update your order status after we confirmed that your package is successfully delivered.
Pending:This may because your payment is not successful. If you are facing problems with checking out or your credit card are rejected by our bank/your bank. We provide other kind of alternative for your choice. Please see Payment Method.
If you do not have an account with celeblish.com:
We will send you include the Tracking Number and the Carrier after we shipped your package out.Basically we will send you an order confirmation email after we receive your order; we also will send you’re a package tracking email after shipping. So please first check your email junk box if you haven’t received our first email. If you haven’t received our email please contacts us through here. We have some buyer input the wrong email address when they checking out. So we prefer you send us an email. Declaring your Billed Name and shipping country, we will get back to you in 24 hours.

Although a tracking number will display once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it may take up different time for carriers post details about your shipment.
Expedited Shipping Carriers (UPS/FedEx/TNT) will take 1 working days to show your tracking information.
The Singapore Register Airmail and China Post Airmail will update by following time spot:
- Package received and an initial scan
- Package dispatch to overseas
- Confirmation notice when the package is delivered.
You don’t have to worry about your package once you received our tracking number email because normally the package is on the way. But if you still can’t trace your package after 5 days later please contact us and we will check if there is anything wrong with the shipping process.
